You no longer need to visit the secretariat to settle a levy or confirm a payment. From this portal you can:
- View every levy invoice issued against your tank farm, trucks, vessels or petrol station
- See what is outstanding, what is overdue, and download the official PDF
- Pay online by card or bank transfer, and get an instant, verifiable receipt
- Confirm that any receipt or payment reference is genuine — no account needed
To get started, claim your account with the identifier already on your operator record: your EthiopeID, RC number or the phone number registered with the secretariat. We will send a one-time code to confirm it is you.
