How to verify a payment

Confirm a payment was received using Verify a Payment and your receipt or reference number.

If you have paid and want to confirm it was received:

  1. Go to Verify a Payment on the portal.
  2. Enter your payment reference or receipt number.
  3. The result shows the amount, date and the notice it was applied to.

Payments made to an IbejuPay virtual account confirm automatically. If yours is not showing after a few minutes, keep your bank transfer reference handy and start a support chat so we can trace it.
